Exhibition – Multifacette

Lapin Mutant is a painter and street artist who works instinctively. Her work – energetic, liberating, even therapeutic – is driven first and foremost by emotion. Her art is an art of accumulation. She accumulates and piles up mass to achieve what she calls her ‘maniacal mess’. Constantly searching for that tiny flaw, that small detail which will satisfy her eye, Lapin Mutant paints until she achieves that perfect balance. In this world, at times childlike, at times dark and grotesque, there is a recurring character in her works, whom she has named Joris. He is a sort of self-portrait, a small child whom she feels living inside her. >>> The exhibition will run until 29 November, with a wonderful programme put together especially for you to bring the month-long exhibition to life… Live painting, workshops, a mural and other lovely surprises!
