How many participants are needed to qualify for a group rate?

At POP, we love all groups and we take care of everything!

We offer a ‘mini-group’ rate (see brochure).
And with 20 or more people per guide, you officially qualify as an “organised group”.

How do I book a group tour? How do I request a free quote? Who should I contact to organise a bespoke trip?

It couldn’t be simpler! Fill in our contact form and tell us what you have in mind. Whether you’re booking a group tour, requesting a free quote or organising a bespoke trip, we’ll get back to you quickly.

When should you book your group tour?

Ideally, a month in advance to ensure you get the best time slots.
But if you’re on a tight schedule, we can sometimes accommodate bookings up to a week in advance.

Can we book a group tour at the last minute?

Yes, it’s sometimes possible. The easiest way is to send us a message via our contact form: we’ll see what we can do to find you a place.

Can we get a bespoke quote?

Yes, and we’d actually recommend it.
All our packages are tailor-made: you put it together, we organise it, and we’ll prepare a tour that suits you perfectly (without any ‘hassle’ surcharges).

Do accompanying adults travel free of charge?

No, accompanying persons do not get in for free.

How can I pay for a booking?

We offer several payment methods to make things easier for you: bank transfer, purchase order, cheque or credit card payment via a secure link.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. As a general rule, a 50 per cent deposit is required upon signing the contract when the booking is made more than one month before the tour.

This deposit must be paid no later than one month before the date of the service. The balance must then be paid no later than 15 days before the tour.

Should payment not be made by the specified deadlines, the Plaine Commune Economic Development Agency reserves the right to cancel the booking at the client’s expense.

As certain tours may be subject to specific conditions, the applicable payment terms are always set out in your quotation and in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

How can you get here without a car?

Plaine Commune is very well served by public transport.

You can get here using:

• Metro: lines 7, 12, 13 and 14

• RER: lines B, C and D

• Tram: T1, T5, T8 and T11

• Cycling: there are numerous cycle paths criss-crossing the area, with Vélib’ stations near several visitor attractions.

The meeting point varies depending on the tour. Once your booking has been confirmed, we’ll provide you with all the practical information you need to get there easily.

Can you organise transport for our group?

Yes. We can organise your transfers (from the station, airport or within the area) on request. This service is subject to a personalised quote, tailored to your needs.

Where can a coach park?

There are designated parking spaces for coaches near our tour sites.

Around the Stade de France, several spaces are available on days when there are no events taking place. A coach parking space is also available on Rue Jean Moulin, except on market days.

Do drivers receive any special benefits?

No, there are no specific benefits for drivers.

Can we tailor the itinerary for our visit or stay?

Yes! All our packages are flexible. Tours, activities, free time, meals… we’ll work with you to put together a programme tailored to your preferences, your budget and your group.

Are the tours suitable for school groups or corporate groups?

Yes! Our tours and experiences are tailored to different types of groups: school groups, companies, organisations, works councils, groups of friends… Tell us about your plans and we’ll guide you towards the most suitable options.

What happens in the event of bad weather?

The weather won’t stop us! Unless there are exceptional circumstances as set out in our General Terms and Conditions, tours will go ahead as planned.

We simply advise you to wear clothing suitable for the weather conditions so that you can enjoy your experience to the full.

Any service that is interrupted, cut short or not used due to the customer’s actions, for whatever reason, will not be eligible for a refund.

Are the activities accessible to people with reduced mobility or special needs?

Some tours are fully accessible, whilst others may require adjustments or specific assistance.

The city walks are accessible to people with reduced mobility, but do not have any special facilities.

The tour of the Basilica of Saint-Denis and the Spire Workshop is accessible subject to certain conditions: several areas can be accessed independently or with the assistance of a member of staff, particularly for certain specific access points. Access to the basilica is via a non-standard ramp, which may require assistance for heavy or electric wheelchairs. Only the apse is not accessible to visitors with reduced mobility.

The Stade de France is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility. Lifts provide access to all areas open to visitors.

To ensure you have the best possible experience, please let us know your specific requirements when booking. Our team will be able to advise you and make the necessary arrangements to ensure your visit goes smoothly.

Can the number of participants be changed after booking?

Yes, in most cases. The options for making changes depend on the tour booked and the time remaining before the tour takes place.

For tours, the number of participants invoiced will correspond to the number confirmed no later than 48 hours before the tour (working days). Any additional participants accepted on the day of the tour may be subject to an additional charge.

For catering services, the number of participants to be included in the invoice must be confirmed no later than 72 hours before the event (working days).

For tours of the Stade de France, the final number of participants must be confirmed no later than 15 working days before the service. A reduction in the number of participants after payment has been made will not give rise to a refund. In the event of an increase, a price adjustment may be applied up to the maximum authorised capacity.

Please contact us as soon as possible in the event of any changes: our team will advise you on the terms and conditions applicable to your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellation request must be made in writing to the Plaine Commune Attractiveness Agency and will be processed once receipt has been confirmed.

Refund conditions depend on the date of cancellation and the tour booked. Fees may be deducted, ranging from an administration fee up to the full cost of the service in the event of cancellation less than 5 days before the tour.

For tours of the Stade de France, a cancellation or a reduction in the number of participants is 100 per cent refundable (in the form of a credit note) if it is made 15 days or more before the event. After this deadline, no refund will be issued.
