Le Printemps des poètes is a national and international event that aims to raise awareness of poetry in all its forms. The theme for 2026 will be ‘Freedom: a living force, unleashed’.
From 20 March to 11 April, Aubervilliers, labelled ‘Ville en Poésie’ (City of Poetry), celebrates the language of poets through shows, readings and performances accessible to all.
For this 28th edition, the city, rich in cultural diversity, offers an eclectic programme combining shows for young audiences, Bengali poetry, Persian rituals and poetic consultations.
On the programme:
>>> Friday 20 March – ‘Enfant d'après-demain’ (Child of the Day After Tomorrow): a show that makes you dream of tomorrow.
Espace Renaudie (10 a.m. and 2 p.m., duration: 30 min, ages 8 and up)
Compagnie Les Demains qui chantent.
How can we talk to children about ecology without frightening them? Vincent Vergone takes up the challenge with Enfant d'après-demain, a dreamlike musical show that tackles climate change with tenderness and hope.
Through magic lanterns, poetic texts and a collective musical creation, the show invites young audiences to imagine a desirable future, without denying the challenges of our time. A lucid and dreamy work, brought to life by a multidisciplinary artistic team.
