Let's celebrate autumn with a big pumpkin soup ! Let's pay tribute to a year of generous harvests and thank the artists, biodiversity, market gardeners, apprentices, audiences and volunteers who bring Zone Sensible to life.
Programme:
12pm – 1.30pm / Participatory cooking
Come and join Christophe Lavelle, biophysicist, researcher at the CNRS and co-founder of Food 2.0 LAB, as he creates an autumn recipe using farm produce.
After the mea l:
– tasting of products from the Paris region (Houdan pâté, watercress pesto, cheese, flan, etc.)
– meet the authors of PAPILLES magazine and producers from the Paris region
– sale of publications and products from the Paris region with https://www.instagram.com/leterroirdangele/ and issues of Papilles magazine
The autumn soup was part of the École du Bien Manger programme initiated by the Parti Poétique since Zone Sensible. Launched in 2022, this programme addresses food issues in Seine Saint Denis by offering beneficiaries of the food donations made by the Parti Poétique since 2020 workshops on healthy and sustainable eating.
