A choreographic explosion: fury, momentum and geometry intertwine. A tribe of powerful performers sculpts the space, tracing solo and collective trajectories, constantly reconfiguring the stage and creating vibrant connections.
In 2018, you had the opportunity to discover Saïdo Lehlouh's performance Apaches (then in residence at Espace 1789), bringing together amateurs and professionals. The choreographer, now co-director of the Centre Chorégraphique National de Rennes, continues his approach of sensitive listening between performers and has created Témoin for 20 virtuoso dancers.
The dancers combine hip-hop, breakdancing, krump, waacking, freestyle, electro, top rock, contemporary dance and more. They bring together their practices and unique styles in a space of emulation where everyone can move and exist with each other through their own dance.
Witnessing the beauty of instinctive, collective and explosive dance, we feel the energy and strength of the community.
