Led by Ramzi Aburedwan, the Arab-Andalusian Orchestra of Anjou is joined by three great female voices from the Maghreb for an original creation blending Arab-Andalusian music and popular repertoires, between tradition and modernity.
As part of the 2025-2026 cultural season, the Arab-Andalusian Orchestra of Anjou will perform on Saturday 14 February at 8pm at the Espace Paul-Éluard, for a concert dedicated to sharing and musical traditions.
Conducted by Ramzi Aburedwan, who will also be on stage playing the bouzouki, the orchestra brings together three great female voices from the Maghreb for this creation: Samira Brahmia, Aïcha Lebgaâ and Bouthaina Nabouli.
Accompanied by the Tradition Croisée project, the ensemble offers an original creation combining classical Arab-Andalusian music and popular Maghreb repertoires. An invitation to travel between heritage and modernity, carried by the richness of voices, instruments and influences.
