Constantly exploring new languages, Sophie Deshayes combines repertoire and creation alongside choreographers, directors, and stage directors. Through her projects and teaching, she expresses an ambition: to anchor the artist at the heart of the city.
Sophie Deshayes is a partner of the ensembles Lucilin and Sillages and regularly performs with the trio Polycordes. Her concerts take her across France and abroad to numerous festivals. She records for MFA Radio-France, Zig-Zag Territoires, Naxos labels...

A professor of artistic education at the Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional d’Aubervilliers-La Courneuve as well as at Pôle Sup'93, she is involved in teacher training at CEFEDEM and CNSM. For Éditions Billaudot, she created "Écoute, je joue!", a three-volume flute method.
She was appointed as an expert to the DRAC Ile de France for the period 2022 - 2025.
