In the middle of the meadow, right next to the sheep and horses, enjoy a special spot in the heart of the town with the picnic area. Separate from the animals, with wooden tables and seating for up to 100 people. The area can be used for outdoor activities (treasure hunts, outdoor games, etc.).

The ‘Avant Seine’ barge in Épinay-sur-Seine offers an elegant and relaxing escape by the water’s edge, perfect for business lunches, after-work drinks, weddings, seminars or unforgettable evenings.

A former factory converted into an events venue in Saint-Denis, just a few metres from the Stade de France and the Saint-Denis Pleyel neighbourhood.
Glass roofs, exposed beams, metal structures and lush greenery: the industrial feel is still very much present, with a generous helping of greenery thrown in.
