BARMANES recounts a woman's last day of work in a restaurant. The show denounces sexist violence in the restaurant industry, questioning the place of the female body in public and professional spaces.
Through the frenetic pace of orders, the show explores the daily life of a profession that is often overlooked. Based on real-life accounts, it takes the form of a chorus accompanied by an RnB soundtrack from the 80s and 90s.
