From September 12th to 14th, Saint-Ouen will be rocking to the rhythm of the 6th edition of the Saint-Ouen sur Scène festival. Three days of celebration, with 17 free shows to discover in several neighborhoods and partner venues, for the enjoyment of young and old alike!
This new edition promises a program as rich as it is eclectic, with dance as the central theme throughout! The festival will open with a Brazilian ball at Beco do Brasil and conclude in style with a Creole ball at Marmottan Square. Between these two highlights, there will be a diverse range of music and performances sure to delight all audiences: jazz, rap, classical music, Kabyle music, and a DJ set with Italian accents, not to mention offerings specially designed for young audiences. On Saturday afternoon, the Orchestre Sous Influence will perform Schumann's famous piano concerto, for a moment of pure emotion.
The events will take place throughout the city: Marmottan Square, Terrain Muriel Flamant, Cité Allende, Amphithéâtre des Docks, as well as in three partner bars and restaurants at Les Puces, Vieux-Saint-Ouen, and Garibaldi. Children will also have their own special moment with a dance performance at Serre Wangari.
At the same time, an original musical bicycle will cross the city, carried by a baritone performing opera arias to connect the different sites. Free and open to all, the festival affirms its commitment to soft mobility, favoring eco-responsible transport for equipment and artists. A true urban and popular celebration!
