A multi-sensory festival between Saint-Ouen and Montpellier, dedicated to artisanal fermentation, living foods and committed expertise. Demonstrations, market, conferences, banquet... come and taste it all !
Organised by the Fervent Ferment association, UMAMIAMMM is back for a new, unique, gourmet and socially conscious edition! This sensory festival dedicated to artisanal fermentation is being held for the first time at Communale Saint-Ouen, alongside Montpellier (Halle Tropisme), to raise awareness among an ever-wider audience about the challenges of living food and to promote exchanges between professionals, enthusiasts and curious minds.
With an artisan market, participatory workshops, cooking demonstrations, tastings, a fermented banquet, artistic encounters, street food, a raffle and hybrid conferences, the day promises to be as sparkling as a good kombucha.
Combining tradition, experimentation and conviviality, UMAMIAMMM is an invitation to discover the living practices of a more sustainable, tastier... and more fermented world!
