
On the eve of the commemoration of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, (re)discover the emblematic sites that have thrilled Seine-Saint-Denis for over a month: stadiums, fan zones, cultural venues... A memorable journey to the heart of a heritage region!
This unique and completely free walk takes the general public on a journey to discover the region's transformations. Over the course of a day, explore Seine-Saint-Denis from Parc de La Villette to the Bassin de la Maltournée in Saint-Denis, visiting must-see sites that have welcomed the world for over a month!
On the program:
- Parc de la Villette, formerly Parc des Nations;
- Canal Saint-Denis, a link between the sites and famous for its Street Art Avenue;
- Terre-Terre, an urban farm mobilized and engaged during the 2024 Olympic Games;
- The Pleyel district and its urban crossing, witnesses to the monumental developments created for this event;
- The athletes' village;
- The Cité du Cinéma, formerly a dining hall for athletes from around the world;
- The Olympic Aquatics Center;
- Bassin de la Maltournée, formerly a fan zone, which will punctuate the end of the route with a festive atmosphere.
In addition to tours and guided tours of each site, artistic and gourmet surprises will complement the walk.
Along the way, you'll see other major sites such as the Stade de France, the Les Victoires art trail, and the Grande Nave on Vannes Island.
