Conceived by dancer Joseph Go N'Guessan, "Focus On The Groove" is an improvisation competition centered around hip-hop culture. This competition is based on several dance styles (house dance, afro, etc.)!
This concept was born from a desire to emphasize the notions of groove and flow rather than the dancers' technical performances. Each dancer or group of amateur, semi-professional, or professional dancers, gathered around specific musical choices, will have to use their technique to serve the music in order to bring out their personality!
