Do you want to discover a city in constant change? Come to the Docks eco-district in Saint-Ouen, which has been the subject of extensive renovation since 2004 aimed at creating a new ecological city center!
Occupying a quarter of the surface area of the commune of Saint-Ouen, the city's docks were one of the most dynamic port areas in Île-de-France. Since 2004, they have been the subject of a vast rehabilitation aimed at creating a new ecological city center.
During this architectural and urban walk we will discuss the main principles of ecological architecture. We will discover the main achievements that make up this eco-district: the new hotel in the Ile-de-France region designed by Jacques Ferrier, the former Alstom factory converted into a Halle Gourmande by Reichen & Robert and of course the Grand Parc and its docks designed by the TER Agency.
