ISO certification

In order to provide you with quality services, the POP Attractiveness Agency is ISO 9001 certified. ISO 9001 quality certification reflects an innovative approach based on quality and performance management, at the service of tourists and professionals in the sector.

A sustainable approach

Agence POP is committed to a resolutely sustainable approach through a variety of actions: Two charters have been created. One is aimed at staff (the “eco-gestures” charter) and is displayed on information boards for employees, and the second is aimed at the general public and is displayed in the reception areas of the 2 Tourist Information Points. Agence POP therefore applies a two-pronged sustainable development policy, both in terms of the services it offers and the projects it develops, and in terms of its internal practices and operations. What’s more, our 2 shops promote products that are significantly sustainable: the “I love 93” collection designed and manufactured by Franciade and the Fabrique Pointcarré. As well as short-distance products: Beers from the Brasserie du Grand Paris, jars of Abeelis honey labelled Produit in Ile de France, concrete honey from Saint-Denis with multiple awards since 2001, souvenir items designed and produced by a local illustrator, “My little souvenir”, and a souvenir medal for the Basilica of the Fonderie Saint-Luc…
